ABOUT THE EVENT

TERMS: Claiming a ticket or being a guest at the venue is an agreement to comply with all of the venue’s discretionary safety protocols, including but not limited to Crowdpass Covid Clearance, social distancing and mask guidelines.

Event-specific rules information and protocols:

TICKET POLICY: You must present your barcoded e-ticket(s) upon arrival (printed or on your mobile device), as well as your individual CrowdPass Covid Clearance credential (printed or on mobile device), in order to enter event.

SAFETY POLICY: Please Read Carefully. All of the following criteria must be met in order to attend this event. Failure to comply with any of the following criteria will result in denial of admission to the event.

CROWDPASS ALLOWS US TO VERIFY PROOF OF VALID COVID-19 VACCINE OR PROOF OF VALID NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST.
* IF YOU ARE A TICKET-HOLDER AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR LINK TO REGISTER WITH CROWDPASS, LET US KNOW AT BOXOFFICELEVITTPAVILION@GMAIL.COM AND WE WILL SEND LINK TO YOU.
* IF YOU HAVE CLAIMED MORE THAN ONE TICKET, PLEASE REMEMBER TO FORWARD THE LINK TO ALL YOUR GUESTS. EVERY GUEST IS REQUIRED TO INDIVIDUALLY REGISTER A CROWDPASS ACCOUNT AND UPLOAD THEIR PROOF OF VACCINE OR PROOF OF NEGATIVE TEST WITH VALID DATE/TIME STAMPS IN ORDER TO ATTEND THIS EVENT.
* CLEARANCE CREDENTIAL IS SPECIFIC TO EACH EVENT – EVEN IF YOU HAVE ONE FOR ANOTHER EVENT, YOU MUST OBTAIN ONE SPECIFIC TO THIS EVENT.
* CrowdPass is HiPPA-compliant software platform specifically designed for live events.

PATRONS MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHEN NOT SEATED FOR SHOW, SPECIFICALLY:
1) AT CHECK-IN TABLES, AT BOX OFFICE WINDOW, AT MERCH TABLE
2) DURING ANY INTERACTION WITH STAFF, ARTISTS AND/OR VOLUNTEERS
3) WHEN VISITING RESTROOMS
MASK POLICY APPLIES TO ALL PATRONS OVER THE AGE OF TWO. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Children under 12 should wear a mask at all times when not in spot on lawn.

Children must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) at all times. No roaming.

Patrons are asked to self-screen for any of the CDC’s recognized COVID-19 symptoms and refrain from attending if necessary.

Event-specific rules, protocols and information:

RAIN OR SHINE. BYO-Lawn chair. Reduced capacity, socially-distanced live concert event.

In order to maintain social distance, patrons of all ages must remain in their chosen spot on the lawn for the duration of the event.

THERE IS NO GROUP DANCE AREA DOWN FRONT OR AT BACK.

Lawn opens to ticket holders one-hour before show-time; general admission; no advance entry permitted. Want early access to the lawn? BECOME A MEMBER! Members enjoy priority access to the lawn starting 1.5 hours before show-time. Enjoy extra picnic time and other season benefits.

While you may bring outside food/drink into this event, large coolers and tables are NOT permitted.

You may be asked to move or minimize the footprint of your picnic in order to ensure all ticket-holders may enter.

Our on-site concession will not be in operation for this event.

Do not step over or through another patron’s spot, pod or picnic.

This is an all ages show.

Children must have a ticket.

SCOOTERS AND SKATEBOARDS ON NOT PERMITTED on the premises – Please do not encourage or allow their use on the access ramp, entrance plaza, or terrace.

Hand sanitizing stations are located at points of entry/exit.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited throughout facility and grounds, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes or any other vaping devices.

The Levitt Pavilion is an outdoor amphitheater with a sloped lawn. Please wear appropriate footwear to safely enjoy the experience.

Help us protect our lawn: Do not discard leftover ice on grass.

Safety Policies and Requirements: The Levitt Pavilion is dedicated to making your visit safe during these unprecedented times. Safety protocols, including but not limited to social distancing, mask policy, and capacity restrictions, are subject to change and will be updated in order to continually meet or exceed CDC, State and local guidelines and recommendations. All safety protocols will be strictly enforced by venue staff and security.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK: All attendees, by claiming a ticket and/or attending the event, agree to assume all of the risks, hazards and dangers that may arise from, or relate in any way to, the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to COVID-19, a bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness) whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted. Therefore, anyone who purchases a ticket and/or attends the event, hereby waives any and all claims against the Friends of the Levitt Pavilion d/b/a Levitt Pavilion, the artist, and/or all related sponsors relating to all risks of personal injury, sickness, permanent disability and/or death.
