ABOUT THE EVENT

TERMS: Claiming a ticket or being a guest at the venue is an agreement to comply with all of the venue’s discretionary safety protocols, including but not limited to social distancing and mask guidelines.

Lawn opens to ticket holders one-hour before show-time; general admission; no advance entry permitted. Want early access to the lawn? BECOME A MEMBER! Members enjoy priority access to the lawn starting 1.5 hours before show-time. Enjoy extra picnic time and other season benefits. Join TODAY.

This event is a reduced capacity, socially-distanced live event.

In order to maintain social distance, patrons OF ALL AGES must remain in their chosen spot on the lawn for the duration of the event. #PartyInPlace #StayInYourSpot

THERE IS NO GROUP DANCE AREA DOWN FRONT OR AT BACK. 

Patrons must wear masks when checking in at check-in tables and box office, when inside restrooms, at merch table, and whenever interacting with staff and volunteers.  This mask policy applies to all patrons ages 2 and up.

This is an all ages show.

Children require tickets and must remain with an adult (18 years or older) at all times. No roaming.

Children of all ages must be accompanied to the restrooms whenever nature calls.  The restrooms feature changing stations.

Do not step over or through another patron’s spot or picnic.

While you may bring outside food/drink into this event, large coolers and tables are NOT permitted.  Our on-site concession will not be in operation for this event.  Bottled water is sold at the Box Office.

You may be asked to move and/or minimize the footprint of your picnic in order to ensure all ticket-holders may enter.

Hand sanitizing stations are located at points of entry/exit.

Patrons are asked to self-screen for any of the CDC’s recognized COVID-19 symptoms and refrain from attending if necessary.

Pets are not allowed.

No scooters or skateboards may be used on the premises, including but not limited to the ADA access ramp, the entry plaza, and the terrace.

Smoking is prohibited throughout facility and grounds, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes or any other vaping devices.

The Levitt Pavilion is an outdoor amphitheater with a sloped lawn. Please wear appropriate footwear to safely enjoy the experience.

Help us protect our lawn: Do not discard leftover ice on grass.

Safety Policies and Requirements: The Levitt Pavilion is dedicated to making your visit safe during these unprecedented times. Safety protocols, including but not limited to social distancing, mask policy, and capacity restrictions, are subject to change and will be updated in order to continually meet or exceed CDC, State and local guidelines and recommendations. All safety protocols will be strictly enforced by venue staff and security.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK: All attendees, by claiming a ticket and/or attending the event, agree to assume all of the risks, hazards and dangers that may arise from, or relate in any way to, the risk of contracting a communicable disease or illness (including exposure to COVID-19, a bacteria, virus, or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness) whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted. Therefore, anyone who purchases a ticket and/or attends the event, hereby waives any and all claims against the Friends of the Levitt Pavilion d/b/a Levitt Pavilion, the artist, and/or all related sponsors relating to all risks of personal injury, sickness, permanent disability and/or death.
